Ros Seam aka Song, secretary of Regiment 13, Division 310, confessed that Run, member of Company, Battalion 132, Regiment 13, Division 310. In mid-May 1976, Oeun and Voeung organized a treacherous meeting to review the already-expanded forces. At the meeting, Chhan reported that Run was the person who could serve the treacherous activities in the future. Ros Seam aka Song did not give clear-cut account of Run.
រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ រុន សមាជិកអនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច ១៣២ វរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ថាៈ កាលពីពាក់កណ្ដាលខែ៥-៧៦ ឈ្មោះ អឿន និង វឿង បានបើកការប្រជុំក្បត់មួយដើម្បីពិនិត្យ កម្លាំងដែលពួកវាបានកសាងកន្លងមក ពេលនោះឈ្មោះ ឆន រាយការណ៍ថា រុន ជាកម្លាំងដែលអាចបំរើសកម្មភាពក្បត់បានទៅ អនាគត។ រស់ ស៊ាម ហៅ សុង មិនបានបញ្ជាក់សកម្មភាពលំអិត របស់រុន ឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់ទេ។
