Ros Siem aka Song, secretary of regiment 13 in division 310, confessed that, Thy was a chief of special unit in regiment. In the middle of May 1976, Oeun and Voeun opened a traitorous meeting to examine the traitorous forces including Thy, who was responsible for destroying plane with secret method, which was to take out screws from plane and take grasp hold of important places in the plane.
រស់ សៀម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១៣ កងពល៣១០បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះធី ប្រធានកងពិសេសរបស់វរសេនាធំថា ពាក់កណ្ដាលខែ៥ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ អឿន និងវឿន បានបើកការ ប្រជុំក្បត់មួយដើម្បីពិនិត្យស្នូលក្បត់ ក្នុងនោះមានធី ដែលជាកម្លាំង ក្បត់មានភារៈកិច្ចជាអ្នកបំផ្លាញយន្ដហោះ ដោយវិធីស្ងាត់បំផុត ដោះខ្ចៅខ្ចងម៉ាស៊ីន ក្រវាត់ចោលនិងក្ដាប់កន្លែងសំខាន់ៗក្នុងមូលដ្ឋាន យន្ដហោះ។
