Ros Seam aka Song, secretary regiment 13 of division 310, confirmed that Thau joined the traitorous meeting with him in April 1976. The agenda of the meeting was that each member had to report about the act of collecting traitorous forces so far.
រស់ សៀម ហៅ សុង លេខាវរសេនាធំ១៣ កងពល៣១០ បាន បញ្ជាក់ថានៅខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ថូបានចូលរួមប្រជុំក្បត់ជាមួយខ្លួន ឯខ្លឹមសារគឺអោយសមាជិកទាំងអស់រាយការណ៍ពី សកម្មភាពរបស់ ខ្លួនម្នាក់ៗ ដែលបានកសាងកម្លាំងក្នុងរយៈកាលកន្លងមក។
