In the afternoon of 30th day and the morning of December 31, 1977, Vietnamese enemies infiltrated from the northern to southern part of Krek, Sre Kakk, and Trapoang Pranarng targets. They attempted to reach a river in order to cut off our connection between Chhlong and Kauk Srok. Our combatants in division 4 getting ready in the northern target lost self confidence not to dare fighting enemies and ran away from battlefield. Therefore, I would like the Angkar to militarily intervene at Krauch Chhma and Chhlong as soon as possible. This report had been copied and sent to uncle, uncle Nuon, brothers Vann, Vorn and documentation office.
រសៀលថ្ងៃទី ៣០និងព្រឹកទី៣១-១២-៧៧ ពួកខ្មាំងយួនវាយរុលពី ជើងទៅត្បូងក្នុងមុខព្រួញតាមផ្លូវក្រែក ស្រែកក់ ត្រពាំងព្រណង និងមុខព្រួញតាមផ្លូវចុង ហើយពួកវាមានបំណងវាយចូលដល់ទនេ្ល ដើម្បីតាត់ផ្ដាច់យើងពីឆ្លូងមកគោកស្រុក។កងពលលេខ ៤របស់យើង ដែលមានមុខព្រួញខាងជើងនោះបាត់ស្មារតីមិនហ៊ានប្រយុទ្ធបែកបាក់ គ្នារត់រតាត់រតាយតាំងពីថ្ងៃ២២មកមេ្លះ។ ហេតុនេះសូមអង្គការ ជួយអន្ដរាគមន៍ខាងយោធា ទនេ្លក្រូចឆ្មារ និងឆ្លូង តាមលទ្ធភាព ជាបន្ទាន់ផង។បានចម្លងជូនអ៊ុំ អុំនួន បងវ៉ាន់ បងវន និងមន្ទីរ ឯកសារ។
