The activity background of Roeun Moeun aka Kol, member of Ph-1 Office, Phnom Penh. 28-year-old Roeun Moeun, born in Koh Kul Village, Koh Mit Sub-district, Kampong Siem District, Kampong Cham Province, joined the revolution on May 29, 1970 and CIA in September 1970 with Chhoeun and Pul introducing at Arts Performance Office 304. At Office T-3, Kol prompted soldiers to be inactive. Kol convinced a person to join the CIA in the long run. Kol carried on ahead with CIA expansion until Angkar made his arrest.
ប្រវត្ដិសកម្មភាពរបស់ឈ្មោះ រឿន មឿន ហៅ កុល សមាជិកមន្ទីរ ផ-១ ភ្នំពេញ។ រឿន មឿន អាយុ ២៨ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិកោះគល់ ឃុំកោះមិត្ដ ស្រុកកំពង់សៀម ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ចូលបដិវត្ដនៅថ្ងៃ២៩-៥-៧០។ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅខែ៩-៧០ ដែលមានឈ្មោះឈឿន និង ពល ជាអ្នកនាំចូលនៅមន្ទីរសិល្បះ ៣០៤។ នៅមន្ទីរទ-៣ កុល បាន ចលនាបំផុសយុទ្ធជន យុទ្ធនារីឱ្យស្មុគ្រស្មាញ ហើយអូសទាញបាន ម្នាក់ចូលសេអ៊ីអា។ ជននេះបានដើរកសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអាជាបន្ដ បន្ទាប់និងមានសកម្មភាពក្បត់បក្សរហូតដល់ថ្ងៃអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួន។
