Prum Phat aka Sou, messenger in division 310, confessed that Thach and Roth had planned to provoke turmoil in Northern zone in December 1973. The plan assigned Thach to lead a large forces to fight revolutionary army from the back and raided into Kampong Cham. Another group of forces had to lift slogan agianst the revolution. This plan was given by Roth gave Rit to arrange, so Rit assigned Thach to lead arevolting group at the back.
ព្រំ ផាត ហៅ ស៊ូ និរសាកងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះថាច ឈ្មោះរដ្ឋ បានលើកផែនការអុកឡុកភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ នៅខែ ១២-១៩៧៣ តំរូវអោយថាច យកកម្លាំងធំទៅវាយពីក្រោយកងទ័ព បដិវត្ដចូលក្រុងកំពង់ចាម។ កម្លាំងមួយទៀតលើកពាក្យស្លោកប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដ ដោយផែនការនេះ រដ្ឋបានប្រគល់អោយឈ្មោះរិត ជួយ រៀបចំ។ និតបានចល័ត«ថាច»អោយកាន់កម្លាំងអុកឡុកខាងក្រោយ។
