Lour Ly aka Ra, soldier of logistical unit, division 310, confessed that Kem, working at company, division 310, received the plot from Yeat to build up traitorous forces, to secretly kill cadre and soldiers, and to attack the revolution in the early 1977.
លូ លី ហៅ រ៉ា យុទ្ធជនភស្ដុភារកងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពពី កែម អនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ បានចូលរួមទទួលផែនការ ក្បត់ពី យាត អោយកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ លួចសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជន និង វាយបដិវត្ដនៅដើមឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧។
