Chhim Meas aka Hoh, a Secretary of Battalion, Division 117, confessed that Phav, as a Secretary of Chamkar Kor district, Ly, as a Chief of Baray district, Phann, as a Chief of Kang Meas district, Sen, as a Chief of Prey Chhor district, Suy, as a Chief of Cheung Prey district, and Heng, as a Chief of Baray district, were leading forces of new party in Northern zone, based on the nomination of Kampuchean Communist Party, persuaded people to disloyal the revolution, and intentionally spoiled vegetables, before distributing them to people.
