Chhim Meas aka Hoh, secretary of Regiment, Division 117, confessed that Cham, Chief of Prek Prasap District, was a member of a new party in Northern Zone. The nomination of the new party was in parallel with that of the Kampuchean Communist Party. For instance, the post of district chief remained unchanged, notably persuaded people to disgust the revolution. The acts was that vegetable provided by Angkar to work sites was not delivered to the people until it was decayed under the influence of day light and rain and that Angkar provided the people with all the spoiled things and the good ones would be kept for production exchanging with the people.
ឈឹម មាស ហៅ ហោះ លេខាវរសេនាធំ កងពល ១១៧ បាន ឆ្លើយសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះចាំ គណៈស្រុកព្រែកប្រសប់គឺ ជាកម្លាំង បក្សថ្មីនៅឧត្ដរ។ ការចាត់តាំងរបស់បក្សថ្មីនៅភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ គឺស្រប តាមការចាត់តាំងរបស់បក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជា ឧទាហរណ៍នាទីគណៈ ស្រុកនៅតែជាគណៈស្រុកដដែល គឺបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។ បន្លែដែលអង្គការផ្ដល់ដល់ការដ្ឋានពួកនេះទុកចោលហាលថ្ងៃហាលភ្លៀងឱ្យខូចរលួយទើបយកទៅចែកជូនប្រជាជន ហើយបាននិយាយថារបស់ ណាខូចៗអង្គការឧបត្ថម្ភប្រជាជនឯអាល្អៗទុកដូរផលពីប្រជាជន។
