Chhun Chrech aka Rom, soldier of Reussey Keo Gasoline Section, confessed that upon completion of electrical training course, Run told Smei about the electrical shocks. As far as the electrical shock was concerned, Run intended to ask the Angkar for permission to leave for his home. Grasping the weak standpoint of Run, Smei persuaded Run to involve in treachery. Ultimately, both Rom and Run received Smei's plots.
ឈុន ច្រិច ហៅ រ៉ុម យុទ្ធជននៅឋាមពលសាំងឫស្សីកែវ បានឆ្លើយ ថា ពេលមកពីរៀនអគ្គិសនីវិញរុនបានត្អូញត្អែប្រាប់សមីពីខ្សែភ្លើង ឆក់ហើយគិតសុំអង្គការលាឈប់ទៅផ្ទះវិញ។ ស្មីក្ដាប់ចំនុចខ្សោយ របស់រុន បានក៍ឆក់ឱ្យកាស់ឃោសនាអូសទាញរុន ឱ្យក្បត់បាន។ រ៉ុម និង រុនបានចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីស្មីជាមួយគ្នា។
