Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier in division 502, confessed that he got plan from Oeun to expand more forces, collect ammunitions for using in the future, bury mines at Pochentong, kill foreign guests, and steal other equipment. On the other hand, Tha got plan from Lorn who was Oeun's network. The plan was to burn down rice grange and rice warehouse and destroy state animals.
ឆាយ ចេង ហៅផាត យុទ្ធជនកងពល៥០២ បាននិយាយថា ខ្លួនបាន ទទួលផែនការពីអឿន អោយអប់រំកសាងកម្លាំងថែមទៀត ប្រមូល គ្រាប់អាវុធលាក់ទុកទៅថ្ងៃមុខ យកមីនទៅដាក់នៅពោធិចិនតុង សំលាប់ភ្ញៀវបរទេស និង លួចសម្លារៈផេ្សងៗទៀត ឯឈ្មោះថា ទទួលផែនការណ៍ពីលន់ ខ្សែរបស់អឿនដែរ ខ្លឹមសារនៃផែនការណ៍គឺ ដុតបំផ្លាញជង្រុកស្រូវ និងឃ្លាំងអង្ករ បំផ្លាញសត្វរដ្ឋជាដើម។
