Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of division 502, confessed that he and Chea had received plan from Oeun, member of battalion to collect weapon and ammunition in order to support their external networks, to expand forces increasingly, to devastate all kinds of state properties, and to plant mines in Pochentong airport in order to kill foreign guests. In 1975, Chhay Cheng and Chea received plan from Lun to burn down rice granaries, and to poison animals.
ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៥០២ បានឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួននិងឈ្មោះជា បានទៅទទួលផែនការពីអឿន វរសេនាតូចឱ្យប្រមូលអាវុធ គ្រាប់ ទុកសំរាប់ផ្ដល់ទៅឱ្យបក្សពួកខាងក្រៅ ប្រមូលកម្លាំងឱ្យបានច្រើន បំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈរដ្ឋគ្រប់មុខ យកគ្រាប់មីន ទៅដាក់នៅពោធិចិនតុងដើម្បីសម្លាប់ភ្ញៀវបរទេស។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ឆាយ ចេង និង ជា បាន ទៅទទួលផែនការម្ដងទៀតពីលន់ ឱ្យដុតស្រូវ អង្ករនៅកុ្នងជង្រក់ និង បំពុលសត្វរដ្ឋ។
