In Chem, secretary of Unit T-7, conceded that Cheng assigned Aun and Chem to hide 10 sacks of rice at Voeun, secretary of Sorakea Factory. After that, Cheng required Aun and Sokha to provide 20 boxes of plates, 20 rolls of clothing and 5 boxes of medicine to Suy and Sem. In return, they brought back 70 riffles and 100 grenades and hid 10 sacks of rice at Voeun's place. Cheng laid out a number of plans to get his networks executed: 1, preparing a systematic network to make it easy to strike the party; 2, inciting problems within the worker groups; and 3, convincing workers to disgust the revolutionary regime. In all, he prepared food and ammunition to launch an attack on the party in June or July 1976.
