Phuong confessed that the Khmer-Hanoi people gathering at work site school in Kanh-chor sub-district, Chhlong district were assigned by the party to rice cultivation unit. Political training course was held for them and 20 other trainees from district. In November 1975, upon the completion of the course, the 20 trainees from district were sent, back while of 31 Hanoi-Khmer people, 15 were exterminated. The Hanoi-Khmer people cleansing was not completed by chief of zone until mid-1975. Among them, 2 were left due to the fact that their health deteriorated wanly and caused no problems there.
ភួងបានឆ្លើយសារភាពថា ពួកខ្មែរហាណូយ ដែលប្រមូលផ្ដុំនៅសាលា ការដ្ឋានឃុំកញ្ចរស្រុកឆ្លូង ត្រូវបានបក្សអោយទៅធ្វើស្រែនៅទីនោះ តែម្ដង ហើយបើកវគ្គនយោបាយអោយអ្នកទាំងនោះរៀនសូត្រ និងបញ្ចូលសិក្ខាកាម ២០នាក់ របស់ស្រុកទៀត។ ខែ១១-១៩៧៤ បិទវគ្គសិក្ខាកាមចំនួន ២០នាក់ របស់ស្រុកវិលទៅអង្គភាពវិញ ចំណែកខ្មែរហាណូយ ៣១នាក់ ត្រូវបានបក្សកំទេចអស់ ១៥នាក់។ រហូតដល់ពាក់កណ្ដាលឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ទើបគណៈភូមិភាគធ្វើការបោស សំអាតខ្មែរហាណូយនោះបញ្ចប់ ទុកតែពីនាក់ប៉ុណ្ណោះ ព្រោះមាន សុខភាពខ្សោយ និង គ្មានបញ្ហាស្មុគ្រស្មាញនៅកន្លែងនោះ។
