Phat Chenda aka Phai, chief of factory D-1 group, admitted that in 1975, Tol and Keo, soldiers of regiment in Kampong Cham province contacted Sinuon in order to take action against the revolution. In 1976, Tol and Keo received plan from Hou Yun and Chhuon, secretaries of Northern zone to overthrow the Party on September 30, 1976.
ផាត ចិន្ថា ហៅ ផៃ ប្រធានក្រុមនៅរោងចក្រ ដ-១ បានឆ្លើយ ពីឈ្មោះ តុល និង កែវ វរសេនាធំ នៅកំពង់ចាមថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ទាំង២នាក់ នេះបានទាក់ទងជាមួយ ស៊ីនួន ដើម្បីធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដ ហើយនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ បានទទួលផែនការពី ហ៊ូ យុន និង ឈួន លេខាភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ដើម្បីវាយបក្សនៅថ្ងៃទី៣០ កញ្ញា ១៩៧៦។
