Nup Khun aka Pheap, member of Battalion, Division 117, confessed that he had convinced Vann, a former chief of hospital of Region 35 in 1973, to work as a traitorous network, to induce combatants to be afraid of battlefield, to stir up a quarrel in hospital, to kill cadres and combatants by injection, to incite base farmers not to provide foodstuff to the frontline, and to attack the Angkar's plan, which had been assigned to fight traitorous forces violently.
