Loeung Soeun, a female, 20 years old, studied in grade 7. In April 1973, Loeung Soeun, was introduced to join the revolution by woman Samnieng. After, Loeung Soeun, joined the revolution for 15 days, she had sexual intercourse with Sokh. In August 1973, Loeung Soeun, was introduced as CIA member by Samnieng, and was accepted by Kroeung. Loeung Soeun, was in charge of building up CIA forces and stirring up moral offenses. In January 1975, Loeung Soeun, and her colleague appointed Sok Ly and Savy, as CIA members. After the liberation, Loeung Soeun, caused female combatants to overjoy. In July 1975, Loeung Soeun, Than, Horn, and Savy, destroyed rice seedlings, ploughs, and harrows. In April 1975, Loeung Soeun, joined the meeting and received plan to devastate medical equipment, to destruct the revolutionary forces, and killed 2 patients. In February 1977, Loeung Soeun and Savy, ruined medical equipment by boiling without water. In June 1977, Loeung Soeun, convinced female combatants to steal corn fruits and to destroy vegetables.
