Mel Marin aka Sou, Soldier in Office B-20, confessed that Thong, soldier in logistics unit in Northern zone, joined the meeting to recieve traitorous plan from Thy, chief of production unit, with him in 1974. The plan was that Thy had to divide forces into units and hid in department and cooperative. In this plan, Thong was responsible for directing a group of hiding forces and examine old and new forces.
មុិល ម៉ារិន ហៅ ស៊ូ យុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរ ប-២០ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះធុង យោធាមន្ទីរភស្ដុភារ ឧត្ដរ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី ធីប្រធានមន្ទីរបង្កបង្កើនផល ជាមួយវា«មុិល ម៉ារិន ហៅ ស៊ូ»ផែនការ ធីត្រូវចែកកម្លាំងជា ផ្នែកៗ ហើយបង្កប់កម្លាំងតាមមន្ទីរ និងសហករណ៍ នៅក្នុងផែនការ បង្កប់ ធុងមានភារៈកិច្ចដឹកនាំក្រុមបង្កប់មួយក្រុម និងពិនិត្យកម្លាំង ចាស់ថ្មី។
