Yesterday, at 10 am two Vietnamese jet-planes aggressively flew on our Samrong, Svay Rieng, and Prasaut districts. On April 24, 1978, we asked bother for advice, because our comrades had to go to do farming. How did our proposal submitted to you yesterday approve?, for we all could follow you. The report was sent to uncles Nuon, Vann, Vorn and the documentation office.
ម្សិលមិញម៉ោង១០ព្រឹក មានយន្ដហោះធុនមិចរបស់យួន ២គ្រឿង ហោះចូលដីយើងលើស្រុកសំរោង ស្រុកស្វាយរៀង និងស្រុកប្រសូត្រ។ ថ្ងៃទី២៤-០៤-១៩៧៨ សមមិត្ដយើងត្រូវចេញដំណើរទៅធ្វើស្រែ ដូចេ្នះសុំមតិណែនាំពីបង ស្នើសុំរបស់ពីព្រឹកម៉ិញ តើអាចសំរេចយ៉ាងណាដែរ យើងខ្ញុំវិញអាចសំរេចតាមមតិបង។ ចម្លងជូន អ៊ុំនួន, បងវ៉ាន់, បងវន និងមន្ទីរឯកសារ។
