Khann, Som, Heng, Sreng, Pheap, Sa-em, Chham, Than, San, and Lai Heang working in Northern zone were implicated in the enemy's confession. According to Yung aka Hakk's confession, Khann, deputy chief of Northern zone division was his former network and a main core member of Kampuchean Worker's Party.
មនុស្សដែលជាប់ក្នុងចម្លើយខ្មាំងនៅភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ មានឈ្មោះ ខាន់, សុំ, ហេន, សេ្រង, ភាព, សាអែម, ឆាំ, ថន, សាន និង ឡៃ ហ៊ាង។ តាមចម្លើយរបស់ យុង ហៅ ហាក់ និយាយថាៈ ខាន់ អនុលេខាកងពលភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ជាខ្សែចាស់របស់ខ្លួនពីមុនមក ហើយជាស្នូលសំខាន់របស់បក្សពលករកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។
