Mul Marin aka Sou, soldier of office B-20, admitted that Chhon, chief of receptionist office, Northern zone in 1974, had joined the meeting and received the plot from Thy, chief of office. Thy had assigned Chhon to increase networks in order to infiltrate into the revolution, to build up networks in offices and cooperatives, and to stir up conflicts in offices and ministries.
ម៉ុល ម៉ារីន ហៅ ស៊ូ យុទ្ធជនមនី្ទរ ប-២០ បានសារភាពថា ឆុន ប្រធានមនី្ទរខាងទទួលភ្ញៀវនៅកុ្នងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឧត្ដរ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំ ទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ ធី ប្រធានមនី្ទរ។ ធីបានដាក់ផែនការឱ្យពង្រីកកម្លាំង ដើម្បីបង្កប់កុ្នងបដិវត្ដ កសាងកម្លាំងតាមមនី្ទរនិង សហករណ៍ ជ្រើសរើសកម្លាំងត្រៀមបង្កប់កុ្នងជួរបដិវត្ដ និងបំផុស ទំនាស់នៅតាមមនី្ទរនិងក្រសួងនានា។
