Lou Ly aka Ra, soldier in losgistics section of division 310, confessed that Than received traitorous plan from Khem (already arrested). The meaning of the plan was to build up traitorous forces, provoke conflict in the unit and convince people to see the hardship under the revolution. In August 1976, Than got plan from Khem again to build up traitorous plan and destroy ammunition.
លូ លី ហៅ រ៉ា យុទ្ធជនភស្ដុភារកងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះថន បានទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះខែម «ចាប់ខ្លួនហើយ»។ ផែនការនោះគឺកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ បង្កទំនាស់ក្នុងអង្គភាព និងបំផុស ប្រជាជនអោយឃើញពីការលំបាករបស់បដិវត្ដ។ នៅខែ៨-១៩៧៦ ថនបានទទួលផែនការពីខែម ម្ដងទៀត អោយកសាងកម្លាំង និង បំផ្លាញឃ្លាំងគ្រាប់ អាវុធ។
