Lou Ly aka Ra, soldier of logistical division 310 admitted that in October, 1976 Kem, soldier of unit 310 company joined the meeting with Yeak and Trach in order to received the traitorous plan to expand traitorous forces, to assassinate combatants and cadres secretly, and to prepare foodstaff and ammunition to fight back the revolution in early 1977.
លូ លី ហៅ រ៉ា យុទ្ធជនភស្ដុភារកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ កែម អនុសេនាធំកងពល ៣១០ ថាៈខែ១០-១៩៧៦ កែម ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពី យាក និង ត្រាច ដោយឱ្យកសាង កម្លាំងក្បត់ លួចសម្លាប់យុទ្ធជន និងកម្មាភិបាល ត្រៀមសម្ភារៈនិង ស្បៀងដើម្បីវាយបដិវត្ដដើមឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
