A letter of Mr. Roserio Lobato that he was a commander-in-chief of the Revolutionary Army of East Timor, paid a great gratitude to His Excellency Ieng Sary, deputy prime Minister, in charge of Foreign Affairs of Democratic Kampuchea. He had allowed East Timor's delegation stay in Democratic Kampuchea for one-year period and gave precious knowledge, which was very advantageous for the revolutionary resistance in East Timor.
លិខិតរបស់រ៉ូស៊េរីឡូបាតូ ជាអគ្គបញ្ជាការ នៃកងប្រដាប់អាវុធ បដិវត្ដទីម័រខាងកើត ថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះឯកឧត្ដម អៀង សារីឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីទទួលបន្ទុកខាងកិច្ចការបរទេស នៃកម្ពុជា ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ដែលបានអនុញ្ញាតិអោយគណៈប្រតិភូទីម័រខាង កើតស្នាក់នៅកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យអស់រយៈមួយឆ្នាំ ព្រមទាំង ផ្ដល់ការចេះដឹងយ៉ាងថ្លៃថ្លា ដែលមានផលប្រយោជន៍យ៉ាង ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ដល់ការតស៊ូបដិវត្ដនៅទីម័រខាងកើត។
