Lach Khorn aka Thun, Company, Division 290, confessed that in 1976 Preap Sopheak, Chief of Big Cell, Division 290, received plots from Thoeun, Chief of Battalion, Division 290, to collect the remaining forces and Khmer people to flee to Vietnam for purpose of fighting back.
ឡាច ឃន ហៅ ធន់ អនុសេនាធំ កងពល ២៩០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប សុភាក់ ប្រធានកងធំ កងពល ២៩០ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ បានទទួលផែនការពី ធឿន ប្រធានវរសេនាតូច កងពល ២៩០ ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងសេសសល់រត់ទៅយួន ប្រមូលកម្លាំង ប្រជាជនខ្មែរនៅយួនឱ្យវាយបកមកបដិវត្ដវិញ។
