On November 1, 1977, the General Staff of the Cambodian Revolutionary Army submitted a request to purchase 30 mine detectors from us. In order to strengthen and expand revolutionary solidarity and the comradeship-in-arms between the armed forces of China and Cambodia.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ១៩៧៧ អគ្គសេនាធិការដ្ឋាន កងទ័ពបដិវត្ដន៍កម្ពុជាបានលើកស្នើទិញ ប្រដាប់រាវមីន៣០គ្រឿងពីយើងខ្ញុំ។ ដើម្បីពង្រឹកពង្រីកសាមគ្គីភាពបដិវត្ដ និងយុទ្ធមិត្ដភាពរវាងកងទ័ពប្រទេសទាំងពីរចិន-កម្ពុជា អគ្គសេនាធិការដ្ឋានកងទ័ពរំដោះចិនប្រជាមានិត្យ និងផ្ដល់ជូនអគ្គសេនាធិការដ្ឋានកងទ័ពបដិវត្ដកម្ពុជា នូវប្រដាប់រាវមីន ស៊ីស្ទ័រធុន ៦៥ ចំនួន៣០គ្រឿង ដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃ។
