On April 10, we went to discuss with Thai embassy by bringing along with a letter. During discussing, Thai often raised about the problems that our soldiers and Thai communists still attacked each other along Thai border, and we then also replied to Thai that according to our Ministry of Defense's announcement I clarified we had occupation to fight with Vietnamese, Cambodian didn't want to make conflict with Thai, and there were In Tam forces, Thai communists, and other reactionaries that they were CIA members. The report was sent to uncles Nuon, Vann, Vorn and the documentation office.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែ៤ យើងខ្ញុំបានយកសំបុត្រទៅឱ្យទូតថៃ និងជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយទូតថៃ។ ពេលជួបជជែកគ្នានោះ ថៃនៅតែលើកឡើងពីកងទ័ពយើងរួមជាមួយកុម្មុយនីស្ដថៃ វាយនៅតាមព្រំដែនថៃ។ យើងខ្ញុំក៏បានឆ្លើយតបទៅវិញថា ចម្លើយរបស់ក្រសួងការបរទេសយើងខ្ញុំបានបញ្ជាក់ហើយថា យើងខ្ញុំជាប់ដៃវាយជាមួយយួន កម្ពុជាគ្មានត្រូវការមកបង្កហេតុ ជាមួយថៃទេ គឺមានតែកម្លាំងអ៊ិន តាំ រួមជាមួយកុម្មុយនីស្ដថៃ និងពួកប្រតិកិរិយាផេ្សងៗ ទៀតដែលជាសេអ៊ីអា។ ចម្លងជូនអ៊ុំនួន, បងវ៉ាន់, បងវន និងមន្ទីរ ឯកសារ។
