On December 31, our combatants attacked enemies, and most of them were caused wounded and died. According to the enemy confession, their purposes were only to want to seized rice. On December 30, 1977, the party spreaded a declaration toward bases that cadres, soldiers and odinary people might glorify the consciousness to gathering forces and pruducing traditional weapons in order to defend border, rice warehouses, and especially Cambodian territory by not allowing Vietnamese to invade our territory.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ៣១ ខែ១២ កងទ័ពយើងបានវាយកំទេចខ្មាំងធ្វើអោយ របួសនិងស្លាប់មួយចំនួន។ តាមចម្លើយរបស់ខ្មាំងដែលយើងចាប់បាន ថាពួកវាចូលមកនេះគឺ វាយដណ្ដើមយកស្រូវ។ នៅថ្ងៃ ៣០-១២-៧៧ បក្សបានចេញសេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍មួយផ្សព្វផ្សាយ តាមមូលដ្ឋាន អោយប្រជាជនកម្មាភិបាលកងទ័ពលើកកំពស់ស្មារតីប្រមូលកម្លាំង ធ្វើអាវុធបុរាណការពារព្រំដែន ការពារឃ្លាំងស្រូវ ពិសេសការពារ ទឹកដីកម្ពុជា មិនអោយយួនយកទឹកដីយើងទៅធ្វើជារបស់វាបានដាច់ ខាត។
