On February 25, 1973, Kang Samnom organized a CIA meeting on the plots against the Communist such as urging the workers to back the liberal world, opposing the communist, and pitting the people against the Khmer Rouge. The May 2, 1975 plots made by CIA group were to expand more and more CIA network to launch an attack on the revolution, to discredit the communist and to stir up problems designed to make the Khmer Rouge confused.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៥-២-៧៣ ឈ្មោះកង់ សំណំ បានប្រជុំក្រុមសេអ៊ីអា ពីផែនការណ៍ប្រឆាំងរបបកុម្មុយនិស្ដដូចជា បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យគាំទ្រ លោកសេរី ប្រឆាំងពួកកុម្មុយនិស្ដ បំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យប្រឆាំង ខ្មែរក្រហម។ ផែនការនៅថ្ងៃ២-៥-៧៥ របស់ក្រុមសេអ៊ីអាគឺ បន្ដខ្សែរយៈសេអ៊ីអា ឱ្យបានច្រើនដើម្បីវាយបដិវត្ដ ឃោសនា បន្ដុះបង្អាប់របបកុម្មុយនិស្ដ បង្កការអុកឡុកគ្រប់ចលនាដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យខ្មែរក្រហមវង់វី។
