Nhean Tha aka Smey, soldier of state commerce supplying unit, confessed that Thou, cadre of company in battalion 411 (in Russey Keo), was a traitor with Roeun, cadre of platoon in supplying unit. In August 1975, Thou joined a meeting with Roeun in order to prepare plan to lock up Party's socialist movement, by means of killing the imporntant cadres in Phnom Penh.
ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជនមន្ទីរផ្គត់ផ្គង់ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះធូ កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ វរសេនាតូច ៤១១ «នៅឬស្សីកែវ»ជាបក្ខពួកក្បត់ជាមួយ រឿន កម្មាភិបាល អនុសេនាតូច ផ្នែកផ្គត់ផ្គង់ លុះដល់ថ្ងៃ៨-១៩៧៥ ធូបានចូលរួម ប្រជុំជាមួយ រឿនដើម្បីខ្ទប់ចលនាសង្គមនិយមរបស់បក្សតាមគ្រប់ រូបភាព សម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលដឹកនាំសំខាន់ៗនៅភ្នំពេញ។
