Nhean Tha aka Smey, soldier in state commerce, confessed that Tha and Chea was called by Chhon, member of fifty-member unit in battalion 750, to join the meeting. The meeting was about the plan to provoke soldiers to run back home, to pretend to be ill and not to join the fighting line. Moreover, they had to fire gun wherever the troops stopped, which made it easy for the spy to grasp hold the information. On 25 April 1975, they both received plan from Chhaom and Srann to pretend to be ill and provoke workers not to work by saying that the workers were simple people so they were still in hardship.
ញាណ ថា ហៅ ស្មី យុទ្ធជនពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះថា និងឈា ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះឆុន កងហាវរសេនាតូច ៧៥០ ហៅទៅប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយរត់ទៅផ្ទះ ពុតធ្វើឈឺ កុំចូលខ្សែត្រៀម កងទ័ពសំរាកត្រង់ណាត្រូវបាញ់ ដើម្បីអោយគិញ ងាយក្ដាប់ចំណុច។ នៅថ្ងៃ២៥-៤-១៩៧៥ អ្នកទាំងពីរបានទទួល ផែនការណ៍ពីឆោម និងស្រាន់អោយធ្វើពុតឈឺ បំផុសកម្មករកុំអោយ ខំធ្វើការ ដោយនិយាយថា យើងជារាស្ដ្រក្ដិតគ្មានរឺស័រ ដូចនេះ យ៉ាប់នៅតែយ៉ាប់ដដែល។
