Hong Sim aka Srim, member of big cell of P-31, confessed that Thon, medical staff of P-31, was a hidding enemy in P-31 with Than. After that, Thon was convinced by Hong Sim to have sexual affair with patient in order to apply to the Free Khmer's plan.
ហុង ស៊ឹម ហៅ ស្រ៉ីម កងធំពេទ្យព-៣១ បានសារភាពថាឈ្មោះ ថុន ពេទ្យព-៣១ ជាកម្លាំងបង្កប់នៅពេទ្យព-៣១ ជាមួយថន។ ក្រោយមកថុន បានទទួលការណែនាំខ្លួនពី ហុង ស៊ីម អោយខូច សីលធម៌ជាមួយអ្នកជំងឺ ដើម្បីអនុវត្ដតាមផែនការខ្មែរសេរី។
