Hong Sim aka Srim, Big Cell, Division 310, confessed that Ran, Big Cell, Regiment 13, Division 310, was a treasonous network of Than, medical staff of P-31. Sim received Than's plans to inspire others to think of women. Sim had sexual intercourse with Ran, who was under treatment at P-31 hospital.
