Hum Hour, member of Company 1, Battalion 113, Regiment 11, Division 310, confessed that Chev, member of Company 1 Logistics, Battalion 113, Regiment 11, Division 310 and Long (arrested)convened all the treacherous networks from cells to implement the treasonous acts at Boeng Chhouk, north of Lou Thom, 800 meters away. The content of the meeting was to destroy agricultural tools, materials and animals and, also, to encourage soldiers to go ahead with stealing and to escape their units for the sake of being back home.
ហ៊ុំ ហួរ អនុសេនាធំ ១ វរសេនាតូច ១១៣ វរសេនាធំ ១១ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថាឈ្មោះចេវ ភស្ដុភាអនុសេនាធំ ១ វរសេនាតូច ១១៣ វរសេនាធំ ១១ កងពល ៣១០ និង ឈ្មោះ ឡុង«ចាប់ហើយ»បានហៅខ្សែចាត់តាំងដែលនៅក្នុងកង ទាំងអស់មកប្រជុំដាក់ផែនការក្បត់នៅបឹងឈូកខាងជើងលូធំ ៨០០ ម៉ែត្រ។ ចំណែកខ្លឹមសារនៃការប្រជុំនោះគឺបន្ដបំផ្លាញឧបករណ៍ កសិកម្ម ទាំងសម្ភារៈនិងសត្វ, បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យលួចតទៅទៀតនិងបន្ដ ឃោសនាចលនាឱ្យយុទ្ធជនរត់ទៅផ្ទះទៀតផង។
