Confession of In Chem was secretary of region 7 who related to Teok was cadre in battalion of division 170. The confession was that Teok betrayed the revolution through In Chem's education. Teok provoked soldiers to run out of line, provoked conflict in unit, provoked soldiers to kill cadres and built up traitorous forces.
