Um An, soldier of Railroad Repair, confessed that Proeung, soldier of Railroad Repair, was a CIA agent who was assigned by Toek Seng Eng to disguised himself as a train worker. Proeung was in charge of making report to Toek Seng Eng. In late-September 1975, Proeung received new plots to prompt people to counter the revolution and kill train workers by grenade attack.
