Uk Samoeun aka Phlin confessed that Preap, working in Economic Unit of Northern Zone, was a network of Khuon. He conspired to conduct activities since 1974 and contacted with Khoem, Transport Section in Northern Zone. The confession of Chhim Meas aka Hoh, secretary of Regiment 117, confessed that Preap and Chhen, Chief of Kampong Siem District, was one of the New Party leadership in Northern Zone. It was based on the nomination made by the Kampuchean Communist Party.
អ៊ុក សាមឿន ហៅ ភ្លីន បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប នៅអង្គភាព សេដ្ឋកិច្ចភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ជាខ្សែចាត់តាំងរបស់ ឃួនបានរួមធ្វើសកម្មភាព តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤មកមេ្លះ ហើយបានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជា មួយ ខឹម ដឹកជញ្ជូន ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ។ តាមចម្លើយរបស់ ឈឹម មាស ហៅ ហោះ លេខាវរសេនាធំ ១១៧ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ព្រាប និង ឆិន ប្រធានពាណិជ្ជកម្មស្រុកកំពង់សៀម ជាកម្លាំងដឹកនាំរបស់ បក្សថ្មីនៅភូមិភាគឧត្ដរគឺស្របតាមការចាត់តាំងរបស់បក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដ កម្ពុជា។
