Um Samnang, worker of Phnom Penh train unit, admitted that in 1972, Chum worked as a Chann Reangsei's soldier. After working there for 5 months, he transferred to work in Lung Vek headquarter, and he then worked as a spy. Chum used to arrest 4 revolutionary soldiers, and to spy on and call planes to bomb down the revolutionary bases. Chum probably was a former spy infiltrating into train unit or might be CIA network.
អ៊ំ សំណាង កម្មកររទេះភើ្លងភំ្នពេញបានឆ្លើយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ឈ្មោះជំ ធ្វើទាហានជាមួយច័ន្ទ រង្សី ពេលធ្វើបាន៥ខែ រត់មកធ្វើ ខាងបន្ទាយលង្វែកវិញ ក្រោយមកធ្វើគិញសម្ងាត់។ ជំ ធា្លប់ចាប់ យុទ្ធជនបដិវត្ដបាន ៤នាក់ ធ្លាប់ដើរយកការហៅយន្ដហោះមក ទម្លាក់។ ជំ ទំនងជាខ្សែគិញចាស់បង្កប់កុ្នងអង្គភាពរទេះភើ្លង។ អាចជាខ្សែសេអ៊ីអា។
