Confession of Um Samnang's, train worker, was related to Tapp. Tapp got angry with Ankar and said something bad about revolution. He talked about the hard work without rest, scolding like dog. He added that if Cambodia still followed Communist rules, human would all die. In September 1976, Tapp propagandized that In Tam and Loek Samoeun's troops were going to occupy Battambang. He asked workers to participate to liberate the country from Communist rule.
អ៊ំ សំណាង កម្មកររថភ្លើង បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះតាប់ថាៈ ខឹងអង្គការ ហើយបានវាយប្រហាថាៈ ធ្វើការច្រើនគ្មានសំរាក ស្ដីអោយដូចឆ្កែ ស្រុកខ្មែរអោយតែប្រើច្បាប់កុម្មុយនិស្ដមនុស្សងាប់អស់គ្មានសល់។ នៅខែ ៩-៧៦ តាប់ដើរឃោសនាថាទ័ពអ៊ិន តាំ និងឡឹក សំអឿន នឹងវាយកខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង អោយកម្មកររួមចំណែកដើម្បីរំដោះប្រទេស ពីកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។
