On November 4, we codnducted military cadres from zones, regions, and districts to participate in the meeting that additionally announced your advices about the poeple war's line and the party's fighting strategy. This report had been copied and sent to uncle Nuon, brothers Vann, Vorn, and Khieu and the documentation center.
