On December 23, 1977 we got the news that Vietnamese soldiers entered to attack us in the western part of Memot rubber plantation; during the attack, they seized our one rice loaded truck. Other part of them infiltrated along the national road toward Memot market and Khnang Krapeu. Their attempt was to take over the region 21 from Bratheat and Chhlong to the East. Noticeably, they were able to occupy those areas, because we didn't have much combatants to fight back them; however, we just had only militiamen being ready at Memot rubber plantation to be responsible to confront with them. For this situation, I would like the Angkar to take action immediately. This report had been copied and sent to ucle Nuon, brothers Vann, Vorn, Khieu, and the documentation office.
យើងបានទទួលដំណឹងពីចំការកៅស៊ូមេមត់ថា ថ្ងៃទី២៣-១២-៧៧ ពួកយួនវាយចូលរហូតដល់ចំការកៅស៊ូមេមត់ខាងលិចហើយបានចាប់ ឡានដឹកអង្ករយើង ១គ្រឿង។ ពួកយួនមួយផ្នៃកទៀតទៅ តាមផ្លូវ ជាតិតម្រង់ទៅផ្សារមេមត់ និងខ្នងក្រពើ ហើយពួកវា មាន ទិសដៅ វាយលុកយកតំបន់ ២១ ចាប់ពីប្រធាតុ ឆ្លូងទៅកើត ពួកវាអាច មានលទ្ធភាពវាយកាន់កាប់បានដោយសារតែយើង គ្មានទ័ពធំ សំរាប់ ប្រយុទ្ធទប់ទល់គឺមានតែកងឈ្លបចំការកៅស៊ូប្រយុទ្ធតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ ក្នុង សភាពការណ៍នេះ សូមអង្គការមានវិធានការអោយបានឆាប់។ បាន ចម្លងជូអ៊ុំនួន បងវ៉ាន់ បងវន បងខៀវ និងមន្ទីរ ឯកសារ។
