Teng, deputy chief of division 117: In February 1972, Teng received political traitorous education from Cambodian Labor Party. In October 1972, Teng guarded when the leaders of Cambodian Labor Party met and talked about the plan to collect traitorous forces, attract the communist forces and plan to liberate the country in October 1977.
តេង អនុប្រធានក្រុមនៅកងពល ១១៧ថា នៅខែ២ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ តេងបានទទួលការអប់រំនយោបាយក្បត់ ពីបក្សពលករកម្ពុជា។ នៅខែ១០ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ តេងបានយាមការពារអោយពួកមេដឹកនាំ បក្សពលករកម្ពុជាប្រជុំពីផែនការប្រមូលកម្លាំងកងទ័ពក្បត់ អូសទាញ កម្លាំងកុម្មុយនិស្ដ និងពីផែនការរំដោះប្រទេសនៅខែ១០ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
