The report on the enemy's circumstance along Cambodian-Thai border wasn't so eccentric. Internal enemies, bad elements in military unit, 17 April elements [new people], and Vietnamese immigrants were continuously cleaned up. The people's standard of living, houses, and health were constantly solved. The eating depended on the party's distribution. Concentrating on repairing the people's houses and convincing the people to drink boiled water and to focuss on thier own healths by assigning medical staffs to cure them every day. As for building up the party's forces, we established the educated session so as to indoctrinate cadres, core members, and full-rights party members to understand the party's bright and correct line.
សេចកី្ដរាយការណ៍ពីសភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំង នៅតាមព្រំដែនថៃ គ្មានអ្វីប្លែកទេ។ ពីខ្មាំងបង្កប់ផ្ទៃកុ្នងដូចជាសមាសភាពមិនល្អក្នុងជួរ កងទ័ព សមាសភាពអ្នក១៧មេសា និងអណិកជនយួនត្រូវបានបោស សំអាតជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។ សភាពការណ៍ប្រជាជន ពីជីវភាព ជំរក និងសុខភាពត្រូវបានដោះស្រាយជាប្រចាំដោយហូបតាមរបបបក្ស ជួសជុលកែលំអរជំរកឱ្យបានម៉ត់ចត់ និងជួយណែនាំអប់រំឱ្យហូបទឹកក្ដៅ មានអនាម័យ ឱ្យពេទ្យតាមដានព្យាបាលរោគជាប្រចាំ។ ពីការកសាងកម្លាំងបក្ស យើងបានបើកវគ្គអប់រំរៀនសូត្រ ដល់ កម្មាភិបាល បក្សជន អង្គការស្នូល ឱ្យយល់ពីមាគ៌ារបស់បក្ស ដ៏ត្រឹមត្រូវភ្លឺស្វាង។
