Saom Prum aka Prang, Big Cell, Division 310, confessed that Tep, working at Northern Zone Office, admitted Ms. Ren, living in Chachrum Village, Sambo Sub-district, Kampong Svay District, into the Free Khmer and allowed Ren to work at the Northern Zone Hospital. Ren started carrying out activities including inspiring cadre to involve in sexual misconduct and giving injection, which caused limbs withered.
សោម ព្រំ ហៅ ប្រាង កងធំ កងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយថាៈ នារីរ៉េន នៅភូមិចាជ្រំ ឃុំសំបូរ ស្រុកកំពង់ស្វាយ ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ ទេព នៅមន្ទីរពេទ្យឧត្ដរអប់រំបញ្ជូលជាខ្មែរសេរី ហើយឱ្យធ្វើការនៅ មន្ទីរពេទ្យឧត្ដរ។ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពអូសទាញកម្មាភិបាលឱ្យខូច សីលធម៌និងចាក់ថ្នាំឱ្យស្វិតដៃ ជើងកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ។
