Sao Peng aka Ham, Regiment 105, confessed that he knew that Rin, as a Secretary of Regiment, was a betrayer because Sang, arrested by the Angkar told him. In 1974, Rin, took part in an activity of destroying the revolutionary forces in battlefields. After June 1975, Rin, joined the meeting and received plan from Sao Peng, to build up traitorous forces.
សៅ ប៉េង ហៅ ហំ វរសេនាធំ១០៥ តំបន់១០៦ បានឆ្លើយថាខ្លួនបានដឹងថាឈ្មោះ រិន ក្បត់ព្រោះ សាង «ចាប់ខ្លួនហើយ» និយាយប្រាប់។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ រិន បានចូលរួមកមេ្ទចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដន៍ កុ្នងសមរភូមិអស់ជាច្រើន។ ក្រោយមក នៅខែមិថុនា-១៩៧៥ រិន ចូលរួមទទួលផែនការពី សៅ ប៉េង ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំងក្បត់។
