Yim Dam, train worker, confessed that Ngiv Horn, Kampong Som Train Worker, was a close associate of Toek Seng Eng, a CIA. In October 1976, Ngiv Horn said Chann Reangsy's around 4000 troops camping at the Bokor mountainous rang, 20 kilometers away from Veal Renh, were prepared to attack the revolution in the forthcoming dry season.
