Sokh Yan, secretary of battalion 234, regiment 23, division 290 confessed that Khan, secretary of regiment 23, division 290 was a Free Khmer member and convinced combatants to rebel against the revolution. On September 30, 1976 Khan was responsible for mobilizing combatants to attack the party.
ឈ្មោះសុខ យ៉ន លេខាវរសេនាតូច ២៣៤ វរសេនាធំ ២៣ កងពល ២៩០ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថាៈ ឈ្មោះខន លេខាវរសេនាធំ ២៣ កងពល ២៩០ ជាខ្មែរសេរី ឃោសនាអប់រំយុទ្ធជនឱ្យប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដ។ ផែនការវាយបក្សថ្ងៃ៣០-៩-៧៦ ខន មានភារកិច្ចជាអ្នក រៀបចំទ័ពដើម្បីវាយបក្ស។
