He allegedly joined the C.I.A in 1975 to track KR and to cause destruction to the revolution and build up C.I.A forces. In the military line, this man allegedly encouraged combatants to be afraid of going to front lines, and destroyed military weapons. In 1975 he allegedly collaborated in burying weapons to stage a coup d'etat in Ratanakiri and to destroy the glass factory and the rice crops of the people. Angkar arrested him on 12th June, 1977.
