Smann Sleh aka Leng Sokha, soldier of Cell 99, confessed that in July 1971, he joined the army in Cell-27, Region 25. Matt came up with the miserable things to stage revolution and urged others to flee to Vietnam. At the time when Angkar assigned to live in Cell 142, the treasonous networks lured him to involve in their activities such as denouncing cadre for working less but having enough food. He mobilized people to run off into the jungle, to kill revolutionary cadre and to oppose to the revolution. Later on, Angkar made his arrest.
ឈ្មោះស្មាន់ សេ្លះ ហៅ ឡេង សុខា យុទ្ធជននៅកង ៩៩ បាន ឆ្លើយថាៈ នៅខែ៧-៧១ ចូលធ្វើយោធានៅក-២៧ ប្រចាំតំបន់ ២៥ ពេលនោះឈ្មោះម៉ាត់ បានបំផុសពីការលំបាកក្នុងការធ្វើបដិវត្ដ ហើយឱ្យរត់ទៅស្រុកយួន។ ក្រោយមកអង្គការចាត់តាំងឱ្យមកនៅកង ១៤២ ត្រូវបានពួកក្បត់នៅកងនេះអប់រំឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់បដិវត្ដ ដូចជា និយាយវាយប្រហារកម្មាភិបាលថា ធ្វើការងារតិច តែស៊ីឆ្អែត បំផុសប្រមូលកម្លាំងឱ្យរត់ចូលព្រៃ លួចសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលបដិវត្ដ និង ធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដរហូតដល់ថ្ងៃអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនតែម្ដង។
