Prum Phat aka Sou, messenger of Division 310, admitted that Roat hatched plots to stir up trouble in Northern Zone in December 1973. The plots were made to get the huge forces to attack the revolutionary forces from behind while it entered the Kampong Cham provincial town. The small forces cut off the road and attacked the revolutionary office. Another forces put up anti-revolutionary slogans.
ឈ្មោះព្រំ ផាត ហៅ ស៊ូ និរសាកងពល ៣១០ បានឆ្លើយសារភាព ថាឈ្មោះរដ្ឋ បានលើកផែនការណ៍អុកឡុកភូមិភាគឧត្ដរខែ១២-៧៣។ ផែនការនេះតំរូវឱ្យកម្លាំងធំវាយពីក្រោយកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដចូល ក្រុងកំពង់ចាម កម្លាំងតូចវាយកាត់ផ្លូវ និងមន្ទីរបដិវត្ដ ឯកម្លាំងមួយ ទៀតលើកពាក្យស្លោកប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
